Family Promise National Network
Family Promise of Porter County is proud to be an affiliate of Family Promise, a leading national organization dedicated to preventing and ending homelessness for families with children.
With nearly 200 Affiliates in more than 40 states, the Family Promise network provides comprehensive, professional case management services tailored to families in crisis. These services include prevention and diversion programs to keep families housed, emergency shelter when needed, and stabilization and housing support to help families achieve long-term independence.
As part of this powerful national movement, Family Promise of Porter County is equipped with proven tools, training, and best practices to serve families right here in our community.
